通过zeabur托管平台部署

这种托管平台一键部署的形式，目前仅仅开发支持了 api服务 和 socket服务 仅提供基础功能可用性

mysql服务 和 coturn服务都是暂不提供的，并且代码分支可能存在同步不及时的情况。

所以这就导致了，托管平台一键部署的有一些使用局限性

后面有时间会继续同步更新这种部署模式
