9c47fea3f2 Remove new RTCSessionDescription pattern 
SetRemoteDescription accepts a RTCSessionDescriptionInit so this is no
longer needed

846257b1a1 Don't upcase opus when adding to SDP 
When making MediaEngine case-insensitive in 20f2d18
Opus was upcased when adding to SDP. This returns it
to what it was before
