Use addTrack instead of addStream in examples
...
Logs: TypeError: pc.addStream is not a function.
Fixed js error when using safari due to deprecated
RTCPeerConnection.addStream() method.
Updated js fiddle examples to use the addTrack()
method instead.

Rewrite examples to avoid onnegotiationneeded

onnegotiationneeded is broken in libwebrtc M73, so
just rewrite all examples to only set the offer once

Move JSfiddle snippets to git
...
jsfiddle provides a way to create snippets from Github via a URL. This
way we can still provide easy demos, but get all the nice things from
having them in Git
