4f213a5560 Another 2 weekends of development. 
- updated gvisor to head, moved to ugate/ext/gvisor
- same for lwIP
- added a test harness with stable IDs
- improved the stream basic interface to allow eager send
- better use of buffers

05024f5e89 More refactoring and cleanup 
- moved the h2r and quic handling to separate modules under ext/
- added some docs
- moved and updated the tests
- quic is now tried first for connecting to a node ( mux )

08ea89abf5 Another major refactoring. 
Added back the quic from the old repo.
Removed the raw 'h2r' and fixed it to use plain H2, more common.
