🐞 Skip IPv6 test when IPv4-only, REALLY

This time it's fixed for sure.

I should have tested the previous commit before I pushed it. Or I could
have re-written the git history to make a complete commit, but as an
exercise in humility I decided to allow my mistakes to be seen.
