Unclutter git history by removing blocked sites

Browse Source 
Our commit history is cluttered with blocking sites due to takedown
notices. It's unseemly, so we've created a new repo,
<https://github.com/cunnie/sslip.io-blocklist>, to be used exclusively
for blocking phishers, scammers, and grifters.
