* Fix flaky timing dependent tests

* Update go-libp2p-peerstore dependency

* Register notifiee synchronously

* Only a single connection

* Remove WaitForDisconnectNotification hack since notifs are now synchronous

* Add debug logging to identify tests

* Close chan once
