all: clean up lint identified by ruleguard

Ruleguard run with ruleguard -c=0 -rules ruleguard.rules.go ./... from
https://github.com/dgryski/semgrep-go with the following rules inactivated
to reduce noise:

- unconvert for floating point values
- oddcomparisons
- floateq
