Compile

If you want to build OpenVPN and OpenvSwitch, the following SHOULD be installing.

[CentOS]
  yum install -y lzo-devel pam-devel

[Ubuntu]
  apt-get install -y liblzo2-dev libpam-dev cmake libtool libunbound-dev automake autoconf dh-autoreconf libssl-dev libtool openssl procps python3-all python3-sphinx python3-twisted python3-zope.interface libunbound-dev libunwind-dev
