2f76476549 lavfi: regroup formats lists in a single structure. 
It will allow to refernce it as a whole without clunky macros.

Most of the changes have been automatically made with sed:

sed -i '
  s/-> *in_formats/->incfg.formats/g;
  s/-> *out_formats/->outcfg.formats/g;

191ee4aefb avfilter/af_ladspa: set output channel layout for passthrough case 
For cases when plugin does not return any samples we just return
input samples. Previously channel layout for outlink was not set.
Set it explicitly instead.
