21f9468402 avutil: Rename FF_CEIL_COMPAT to AV_CEIL_COMPAT 
Libav, for some reason, merged this as a public API function. This will
aid in future merges.

A define is left for backwards compat, just in case some person
used it, since it is in a public header.

1776177b7f lavfi: replace passthrough_filter_frame with a flag. 
With the introduction of AVFilterContext->is_disabled, we can simplify
the custom passthrough mode in filters.

This commit is technically a small compat break, but the timeline was
introduced very recently.

2d66fc543b lavfi/gradfun: fix rounding in MMX code. 
Current code divides before increasing precision.

Also reduce upper bound for strength from 255 to 64.  This will prevent
an overflow in the SSSE3 and MMX filter_line code: delta is expressed as
an u16 being shifted by 2 to the left. If it overflows, having a
strength not above 64 will make sure that m is set to 0 (making the
m*m*delta >> 14 expression void).

A value above 64 should not make any sense unless gradfun is used as
a blur filter.

b5eb630e21 lavfi: remove some video w/h settings after avfilter_copy_buffer_ref_props. 
video->[wh] will be set with the same values as the input after
avfilter_copy_buffer_ref_props. These filters don't change the size of
the input so there is no need for this code.
