b559b29b1f read BITMAPINFOHEADER extra stuff (huffyuv decoding fixed) 
fixed framerate encoding & decoding hopefully, this should fix av sync on long AVIs

9bf9a5fcae reversing not yet reversed changes from r1.7 -> r1.8 except the static/const stuff 
this seems to fix all avi parsing bugs

79134973d8 Fix the 'hard cpu loop' problem when capturing audio from /dev/dsp. This 
code now waits for up to 30ms before reporting that no packet is available.
