5edea431d0 some sanity checks on what is muxed, invalid timestamps in mpeg are very common and lead to strange errors in the mpeg muxer otherwise

5b6d559680 move p*m from image/lavf -> image2/lavc 
video/audio_codec_id in AVFormatParameters to override/help demuxer
