44a39bd770 Allows the AC3 parser to read the frame size and codec parameters from E-AC3 streams, 
allowing them to be correctly demuxed.
Currently it only identifies the primary substream, and will skip over any additional
dependent or independent substreams.

498c544ad2 dont set the sampling rate just because 1 mp3 packet header says so (fixes playback speed on some old mencoder generated avis which where then dumped to mp3)

4f8ff17e75 The AAC frame header uses 13 bits for the frame size, so the buffer should 
have room for such a frame.  A frame that large seems unlikely in a valid
file, but leaving room for it spares us the need to check it elsewhere.
Moving the buffer to the end of the struct made debugging this easier.
